Life/form® Advanced "Airway Larry" Airway Management Trainer

Allows practice of oral, digital, and nasal intubation, as well as E.T., E.O.A., P.T.L., L.M.A., E.G.T.A., and Combitube® insertion. Cricoid pressure changes the position of the trachea and closes the esophagus, allowing realistic practice of the Sellick maneuver. Larry has a slightly anterior position, swelling tongue, and vocal cords allowing introductory as well as advanced training.

Simulaids Critical Airway Management Trainer

This very difficult intubation head, coupled with the CPR torso, supplies the challenges for initiating respiratory care to the critical patient. By using the features of tongue swelling and laryngospasm the instructor creates a critical airway management problem that requires the student to perform cricothyrotomy. In addition, two external and one internal bleeding wounds demand attention with suctioning and bleeding control.

Baby Umbi

Female newborn infant reproduction designed for the practice of umbilical catheterization.

Features:

  • Retractable umbilical cord for actual catheterization
  • Two arteries and vein molded into umbilical cord facilitate:
    • Low UAC
    • High UAC
    • Umbilical Vein Catheter

Securing and dressing procedures may be practiced

Vascular Access Virtual Reality Simulator

The Virtual I.V. system is a fully interactive self-directed learning system for training intravenous catheterization. The system’s superior 3D graphics provide realism and its force feedback simulates the feel of vascular access, providing an accurate, truly virtual reality training experience. Virtual patients respond with bleeding, bruising, and swelling.

Multi-Venous IV Training Arms

Lifelike arm reproductions with multi-vein system designed for peripheral intravenous therapy. Accessible veins include median, basilic and cephalic. Palpable veins enable site selection and preparation. Infusible veins allow peripheral therapy with IV bolus or push injection method.

Laerdal® IV Torso

The Laerdal IV Torso enables the practice of IV access to the:

  • External jugular vein
  • Internal jugular vein via the anterior, central and posterior approach
  • Subclavian vein
  • Femoral vein

Vascular Access - Chester Chest™

Lifelike model of human torso with detachable right arm designed for the insertion care, and removal of common long-term vascular access routes.

  • Chest has real, implanted IAVD
  • Prepositioned surgically implanted CVC and PICC line
  • External jugular and subclavian catheters can be added

Difficult accessing inserts (3)

  • Blood withdrawal
  • Heparinization and fluid infusion
  • Dressing and suturing techniques

Simulab Central Line Man Simulator

CentraLineMan is a Central Vascular Catheterization training solution that allows medical professionals to train using real-time ultrasound guidance during catheter placement.

Central Vascular Catheterization, using Subclavian, Supraclavicular, and Internal Jugular approaches palpating anatomic landmarks significant to the procedure.

Simulab Femoral Line Man Simulator

FemoraLineMan is ultrasound compatible and offers an effective training solution for central venous access using the femoral vein route. Anatomically correct body form with identifiable landmarks differentiates arterial and venous blood to show positive or negative results.

Simulab Vascular Access Child Simulator

The VascularAccessChild is the only high fidelity soft tissue pediatric simulator designed to train central line placement. Anatomically correct, soft tissue five year old with internal and external landmarks.

Differentiates arterial and venous blood to show positive or negative results allows access of internal jugular, subclavian and femoral sites.

Kyoto Kagaku Arterial Puncture Wrist

Radial artery puncture is a common approach for blood collection and artery catheterization; however, it is a challenging skill for operators. This innovative simulator is designed to provide training in artery puncture with true-to-life feeling.

Pelvic Trainer - Female Clinical Mk 2

Female pelvic examination is a critical procedure that needs to be taught away from the patient. The Clinical Female Pelvic Trainer presents accurate anatomical and tactile representation of the female pelvis for 'hands on' examination and diagnosis of pathologies and abnormalities. It can be used for many levels of training from undergraduate onwards as well as for family health. The uncluttered design of this model enables trainers to concentrate on essential anatomy and procedure.

METI Pelvic Exam Sim

The basic system components include a female pelvic cavity, interchangeable internal anatomy and a laptop Computer Workstation allows practicing both bimanual pelvic and rectal exams. The sensors inside the pelvic cavity provide direct feedback to the Computer Workstation. This complete system provides immediate feedback to the instructor and the learner on how accurately the examination is being performed, increasing both skills acquisition and confidence in the process.
